Founder, IncidentHub
Hi, I'm Hrish, founder of IncidentHub.
IncidentHub started as a side project when I was taking a career break. The idea was born out of repeatedly doing the same thing in suboptimal ways at previous companies - keeping track of vendor outages.
I launched it publicly in May 2024 and since then the product has grown to be used by more than 600 teams. I'm grateful to my users and customers who put their trust in me and in the product, and also for the immensely valuable feedback which has brought IncidentHub to where it is today.
I have worked for more than two decades in technology products ranging from a J2EE Appserver/middleware, media sharing desktop apps, SaaS platforms, and agentic analytics software. Before starting IncidentHub, my focus was on backend development, system design, TechOps/SRE, and cloud infrastructure.
I've been at the receiving end of vendor outages many times, including getting paged at the proverbial 3 AM.
IncidentHub monitors over 950+ third-party services and supports integrations with 9 notification tools. Both these numbers are constantly growing. In addition, IncidentHub supports enterprise features like multiple teams, private status ingestion, and white-labeled status pages.
My vision for IncidentHub is to create a platform that helps teams monitor external services they depend on in a reliable way and forms a key part of their toolkit with minimal overhead.
